At Sukhtata, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure the best shopping experience. We allow customers to exchange or return products in compliance with the conditions mentioned below. We accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
1. Conditions for Exchange & Return
* Products purchased can only be exchanged **once**.
* The product must be **unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered**, and without any defects. Products can be tried on to check fit and will still be considered unworn.
* All original **tags and labels** must be intact.
* Exchange or return requests must be made **within 7 days** of the purchase date.
* Items must be returned in their **original condition** (including all receipts/invoices and packaging) with barcode tags attached.
*The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If you choose a lower-priced product, no refund will be issued for the difference.
2. If You Lose the Money Receipt/Tags/Barcode
* If the receipt or invoice is lost, you must provide the **purchase contact number** for verification.
*Exchanges will not be valid for products with irreparable damage or missing/damaged tags or barcodes.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a solution.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, discounted items (50% or above), flash sale products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

* Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Verification for Damages or Missing Items
* To report a damaged or missing item, you must provide an **unboxing video** for verification.
7. Refunds
* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product, but the **return shipping charges** will be your responsibility (unless the fault is ours).
* For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 15 days after receiving the returned item(s).
* If the issue is from our side, we will provide free returns, exchanges, or refunds.
* Keep your proof of postage and tracking details, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
8. Purchases from Different Channels
Online Purchases:Items purchased online can be returned/exchanged via our delivery partner or at any Sukhtata outlet. Online refunds will be processed *within 15 days* via online payment.
